Managing Individual Giveaways

For each giveaway listed, you’ll typically find an “Actions” column or similar options that allow you to:

• Promote: This takes you to the page with sharing links and embed codes, so you can easily get your giveaway out there..
• View Page: See what your live giveaway page looks like to participants..
• Edit: Jump back into the giveaway builder to make changes to your title, description, dates, prizes, or bonus entries..
• Duplicate: A handy feature if you want to run similar giveaways in the future without starting from scratch..
• Delete: Remove a giveaway if it’s no longer needed..
• Contestants Column: Clicking on the number of contestants or a dedicated “Contestants” link will take you to a detailed list of everyone who has entered. From here, you can:
  • View participant details (primarily email addresses, and names/phone numbers if you’ve opted to collect them)..
  • Download the entire database of entrants as a CSV file for your records or for importing into other systems..
  • Resend confirmation emails or, in some cases, delete individual contestants (though not a primary function for most)..
